Our experienced network of legal practitioners and presence in key markets equips us to handle the most complex multijurisdictional deals and disputes.
Our core strength is our considerable expertise in the MENA region coupled with our English and New York law capabilities. The firm’s founding office operates under license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market International Financial Centre in Abu Dhabi. In October of 2016, Laktineh & Co. Ltd. launched its London office.

About the Founder
Jade Laktineh
Jade Laktineh is the founding partner and Chairman of Laktineh & Co. Ltd. Through his practice at two of the world’s most prominent global elite law firms (Latham & Watkins and White & Case), Mr. Laktineh has obtained considerable experience working on high value and strategic matters representing the interests of influential companies, individuals and funds across the globe. He has significant expertise and success working on dispute resolution, regulatory and M&A matters in the Middle East, New York and Paris. Of particular note is his breadth of knowledge in the media, real estate, mining and metals, infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemicals and power industries.
Mr. Laktineh is fluent in English, Arabic and French, and is qualified before the New York State Bar with rights of audience before the DIFC Courts and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts. Mr. Laktineh grew up in Saudi Arabia and has lived and worked in the UAE since 2007. He is fully familiar with the professional and cultural landscape of the Middle East region and is uniquely adept with the negotiation and strategic execution of multijurisdictional deals and the resolution of complex disputes.
